This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for subscription purchases made on our platform.

🎁 Free Trial

All users are eligible for a free trial which includes up to
20 AI-generated report generations.
This allows you to test our core features before committing to a paid plan.

💸 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original subscription purchase.
  • The subscription must have generated fewer than 50 reports during the refund window.
  • Refunds are issued only once per user account.

After 7 days, no refunds will be granted, regardless of usage or subscription duration.

⛔ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date
  • You no longer need or use the service
  • You experienced temporary technical issues that were resolved
  • You subscribed with multiple accounts to bypass the free trial

💳 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  1. Email us at contact@radreportai.com
  2. Include your full name, email used for the subscription, and your reason
  3. We’ll respond within 3 business days

If approved, your refund will be issued via Lemon Squeezy, using the original payment method.

📦 Canceling a Subscription

Canceling your subscription will not automatically trigger a refund.
You must request a refund explicitly if you’re within the 7-day window.

You can cancel anytime from your user dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

⚖️ Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
